- The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law. The procedure is conducted as an open tender in accordance with Art. 132 Public Procurement Law The ordering party awards the contract in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure. The subject of the order is the delivery and purchase of sports equipment divided into 11 (eleven) parts. Common Procurement Vocabulary Code (CPV): 18412000-0 Sportswear, 37400000-2 Sports articles and equipment, 18512200-3 Medals, 18820000-3 Sports footwear. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annexes No. 1, 1.1. - 1/11. and No. 4 to SWZ, i.e.: Offer form together with Assortment and price specifications and draft provisions of the contract. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, each of which will be assessed by the Ordering Party separately, according to the rules described in the ToR. The order was divided into parts, in accordance with the description contained in Annexes No. 1.1 - 1.11. to SWZ. Each Contractor may submit an offer for any selected part/parts. The Ordering Party requires the submission of an offer for all required service items listed in Annex 1.1. - 1/11. down SWZ.
