- The subject of the order is the delivery and execution of vouchers or gift cards for basic food, chemical and industrial products for clients of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Zgierz, ul. Duga 56 for the period from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2026 1. Material scope including vouchers valuable:1.1. Printing and delivering to the Ordering Party valuable coupons with denominations of PLN 10, PLN 20 and PLN 50, according to the order placed 7 days in advance specifying the number of coupons and their denominations.1.2. The Ordering Party provides for the delivery of vouchers in the planned, indicative number: PLN 10 each 667 pcs. PLN 20 per month 400 pcs. PLN 50.00 per month the Ordering Party during the period of contract implementation in accordance with the order placed each time.1.3. The guilty person has the appropriate coupons mentioned above safeguard before they are counterfeited. 1.4. The required minimum validity period (possibility of redemption by the MOPS customer) of vouchers is 3 months.
