Delivery and replacement of sets of capacitors in 4 UPS RTK and RZG power supplies and in the server room in the CMN building in Gdańsk, at ul. Smoluchowskiego 171. The subject of the order is the delivery and replacement of sets of capacitors in 4 UPS RTK and RZG power supplies and in the server room in the CMN building in Gdask, at ul. Smoluchowski 17, in the quantity and technical parameters specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 3 to SWZ.2. The offered capacitors should meet the absolute requirements specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the requirements will result in rejection of the offer. 3. By submitting a completed assortment form together with the offer (Appendix No. 4 to SWZ), the Contractor declares that the offered assortment meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, referred to in point. 2.4. Offered warranty period for materials and installation works may not be shorter than 24 months from the date of receipt of the subject of the order by the Ordering Party.5. The contractor will perform the subject of the order within 4 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.6. All capacitors are expected to be delivered to site recommended...
