Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery and replacement of 4 sets of power modules in four UPS power supplies from Delta Electronics, two types, a total of 19 power modules in the construction facility of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration at ul. Domaniewska 36/38 in Warsaw, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Appendix No. 1 to draft Agreement (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ), hereinafter referred to as OPZ.2. The subject of the order referred to in section 1, also includes the Contractor providing the manufacturer's warranty for the delivered Devices, referred to in section 6 of the project. Agreements.
