delivery and replacement of monoblock wheels, bearings and brake discs in 8 electric multiple units type EN76
The scope of the order includes:
1) delivery of 160 pcs. (in words: one hundred and sixty pieces) monoblock rolling and driving wheels (20 pcs. wheels per one Vehicle) - drawing no. 11000000414, materialł: ER8T UPLOS, Profile: S1002/h28/e32.5/6.7%;
2) delivery 160 sets. (in words: one hundred and sixty sets) R710R420LSUP brake discs, drawing Knorr Bremse C147707/3, cat. no. II73878/3 - (20 sets of discs per one Vehicle) with a set of brake linings FRENDO SP201/320 SI - C112595/24115- L and FRENFOR SP201/320 SI C112595/24115-P;
3) delivery 160 sets. (in words: one hundred and sixty sets) axle bearings, (20 sets of bearings for one 22WE Vehicle) - TBU BT2-8533 SKF bearings;
4) replacement of wheels, bearings, discs and brake linings (disassembly and assembly and all works related to
replacement);
5) donei.e. defectoscopic examination of the axles using the ultrasonic method;
6) making scales and adjusting the vehicle pressures;
7) providing new consumables, including: lubricants and screws;
8) preparation of the Vehicle for operation with the required tests and works
