Description:
The subject of the contract is:
part 1 - implementation of the project of installations of new UPS power supplies in place of existing, delivery and replacement of the factory new UPS power supplies with a set of batteries, battery shelves and battery disconnectors, as well as monitoring of battery parameters
part 2 - DeliveryFactory new VRLA batteries together with the replacement service (for items requiring delivery with installation) and utilization of dismantled batteries
the subject of the contract will be performed:
1. For part 1:
1.1. Order of the order in place: TWR Krakow - delivery within 3 months from the date of conclusion of the contract;
1.2.realizationOrders in place: TWR Katowice - assembly will take place by the end of February 2026. But not earlier than from 01/01/2026. The Ordering Party allows prior implementation of the task in the Katowice location, after agreeing to change the deadline with the contractor, as a result of signing the annex to the contract.
2. For part 2: 120 dayscalendar from the date of the contract.supplies
