Description:
The subject of the contract is a transport service provided by the Contractor to the Employer, consisting in the delivery and transport of children from the Zgierz commune to the Primary School in Słowik, the Primary School in Szczawina, the School and Preschool Complex in Grotniki and the Primary School in Biała In the 2025/2026 school year, excluding winter holidays together with providing care during transport, vehicles adapted to transport people. The subject of the contract includes regular delivery and departure of children to and from schools, based on the classroom plan as well as the delivery and departure of children on Additional classes (sports competitions, rallies, competitions) as part of educational classes during the entire school year. In the case of additional delivery and charges, the school head provides care during transport. The contracting authority does not require providing care by the Contractor at that time. Item Orders are also a transport service, consisting in the delivery and transport of disabled children and students, from the Zgierz commune to educational institutions, during the 2025/2026 school year, excluding winter holidays together with providing care during transport.
