Part 1 - The seat of the Center for the Promotion of Culture (ul. Podskarbiska 2): 1. The ordered thermal power is 0.2420 MW, including: a. for heating purposes - 0.0500 MWb. for hot water needs - 0.0420 MWc. for the needs of c.t. - 0.1500 MWEstimated thermal energy consumption over time duration of the contract 1,686.12 GJHeat will be supplied via the heat carrier - hot water, using the heating network belonging to the network supplier.2. Technical conditions: a. The facility is powered by a district heating network, last year of connection to the municipal heating network 2007, c. heat pipes are the property of the Recipient, d. the measurement and billing system measuring the total heat supplied to the heating node is owned by Veolia Energia Warszawa S.A. and it is installed in the model of the heating network, e. the weather controller is owned by me Recipients,f. tariff group - A3B1C3.3. Characteristics of the Facility: a. year of construction of the building - 2007, b. heated area - 1736.3 m2, c. total area of the building 1,736.3 m2. number of regular users of the building - 30 people. building volume - 11,023 m2 building plastered, insulated.
