Description:
The subject of the proceedings is the supply and transport of diesel oil to the Waste Management Plant.

Description of the subject of the contract:
I. Approximate demand for supply and transport of fuel:
a) diesel oil (ON) approx. 13,000 liters
Duration of the contract:
1. The contract will be concluded for the period from the date of signing to 31-12-2025.
2. The contract is terminated in the event of use of the total amount allocated to the implementation of the task.
Remarks of the Ordering Party:
1. Fuels that are the subject of the contract must meet norms applicable in Poland
with the ordinance of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2024 item 1018).
2. The price that the Ordering Party will pay for the purchase of fuel will be determined on the basis of the amount of fuel actually supplied and wholesale prices of 1 liter of fuel, displayed on the refinery website (specified by the supplier in the offer form), in force on the day of delivery, increased by the supplier's fixed margin expressed as a percentage and reduced by a specific amount of discount for the contracting authority expressed in PLN.
3. Settlement of purchases made under the contract will be implemented on the basis of a delivery report attached to the issued invoice. The delivery report attached to the invoice must contain chronologically:
a) date of the transaction,
b) the name of the person collecting fuel and his signature,
c) quantity...
