5.1. The subject of the order is deliveries. 5.2. Zamwie Common Vocabulary (CPV): 09135100-5 Fuel oil. 5.3. The subject of the order is the delivery and unloading of light fuel oil to the boiler room of the Primary School in Krzywin, ul. Krlewiecka 42. Deliveries should be made by road tankers with legal regulations flow meters. The oil should meet the requirements of the PN-C-96024:2020-12 standard for grade L. The supplied fuel oil should be enriched with additives with the following properties: cleaning (leaves burner nozzles clean, without deposits), anti-corrosion, preventing water separation at low temperatures and clogging filters, lubricating, preventing oil oxidation.5.4. The total maximum quantity of oil in a calendar year is 32 m3 (4 deliveries of approx. 8 m3 are expected). The amount of oil 32 m3 is the size of the estimated order. Ordering a smaller amount of fuel oil during the contract period does not authorize the Contractor to demand the completion of the entire order or monetary compensation for the unfulfilled parts of the order.5.5.
