Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order is: a) delivery and unloading of sorted road aggregate with a grain size of 0/63 mm in the amount of 500 tons from recycled concrete and stone materials for roads and squares indicated by the Ordering Party. Delivery of recycled materials is not allowedbrick rubble. The aggregate must not contain organic impurities and metal elements. b) delivery and unloading of crushed aggregate of the melaphyre type according to PN-B-11112 and/or PN-EN 13242 with a grain size of 0/31.5 0/32 mm in an amount of 750 tons.2) Delivery time to the place indicated by the Ordering Party from notificationdemand by the Ordering Party is the criterion for evaluating offers. The maximum delivery time to the place indicated by the Ordering Party is set at 72 hours from the Ordering Party's request.3) Aggregate deliveries will be made successively according to demand, directly to roads and squares incondemned by the Ordering Party.4) The Contractor is obliged to submit a quality certificate separately for each batch of crushed aggregate delivered.
