- Description:
- The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of the angiograph, along with the adaptation of the rooms. The Ordering Party requires that, as part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the following activities be performed:
phase I "adaptation"
1) developing multi-discipline design documentation;
2)obtaining the required legal provisions of permits, notifications, decisions (if applicable);
3) performance of adaptation works and preparation of as-built documentation;
phase II "delivery"
4) deliver the angiograph with equipment and install it;
5) checking the correct functioning of the equipment and carrying out measurement
and all necessary tests related to the commissioning of the equipment, in accordance with
with applicable law;
6) conducting on-the-job training, taking into account the rules of conduct
with equipment minimizing the consumption of electricity, water and waste generation (to the extent applicable);
A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 8a and 8b to the SWZ.
