- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of animal products, meat and meat products: part A - meat, canned food and meat products to the Social Welfare Home "Przyja" in Tarnowskie Grach with its registered office at ul. Woska 24.2. Delivery of food products in accordance with the description of the subject of the order given in Appendix no 3 to SWZ - assortment, quantity and value form; 3. Deliveries, including bringing the subject of the order to the warehouse, will be carried out successively, using the Contractor's own transport adapted to transport food, every day from Monday to Friday from 6.30 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. 4. Deliveries will be made according to orders placed by the Ordering Party one day in advance until 3 p.m. Orders will be placed and accepted by phone or e-mail. In exceptional situations, the delivery time may be changed after prior telephone arrangement between the Contractor and the Ordering Party.5. Delivery of ordered items products to the Ordering Party's headquarters will be at the Contractor's expense.6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to submit an order correction by telephone on the day preceding the order within the limits of (+/-) 10-15% for individual asortym...
