- 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of an anti -virus program with 130 licenses and updates for a period of 36 months and installing them on 120 computers.
2. The security for the software will be delivered to the headquarters of the Ordering Party in paper or electronic form.
3. The order of the contractIt will be implemented as part of the EDR and XDR cyberochrona service with incident support.production. The software must have documents required by applicable regulations, i.e. the Act of 30 August 2002 on the compliance assessment system (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2022, item 5, as amended) - as long as the software has such documents. These documents must be provided to the Ordering Party at the lateston the day of delivery.
6. The software must be accompanied by a detailed user manual in Polish in paper or electronic version.
