Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of antibodies on the basis of a framework agreement broken down into 2 parts for the Łukasiewicz research network - Port of the Polish Technology Development Center
2. The Employer will grant, on the basis of framework contracts concluded as a result of the decision of the procedure. Deliveries of antibodies necessary for the implementation of research tasks as part of own resources and projects implemented by the Employer.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract together with the requirements of the Ordering Party relative to the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 2 to SWZ - Form valuation and in Annex 3 to SWZ - contract template.
