Delivery of antiseptics and disinfectants and pharmaceutical products broken down into 25 parts, in accordance with Annex 2 to SWZ - assortment and price forms.
In this case:
1) a condition for conducting rights specific business or professional activity indicated in para. 1 point 2 is met if at least one of the Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract has the right to conduct a specific business or professional activity and will implement the deliveries to which these rights are required;
