Description: 1. The subject of the order are the supply of pharmaceutical products in quantity and the parameters specified in Annexes 1.1-1.2 to the specification of the terms of the contract.
2. The applicant agrees to submit partial offers by the Contractor in relation to all parts of the order. The partial offer must include the entire selected package.
3. The compensation allows for the offering of generic, substitute and equivalent drugs. An equivalent offer is the offer containing the same dose of active substance, pharmaceutical form, the same pharmacological effect, the same admission (indications) for use. If in the description of the subject of the contract - specified in the attachments - there is any trademark, commercial name, patent, norm or origin, it should be assumed that the contracting authority provided such a description with an indication of the type and allows the submission of equivalent offers with parameters not worse than those given, given under the term type.
