- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a set of apparatus for purification and analysis of bioactive compounds along with equipment, hereinafter referred to as the "device", to the place indicated by the contracting authority, i.e. Piwnica, room 03e in building E located in PoznaΕ at ul. Noskowskiego 12/14 together with bringing, installation, configuration, launch and training, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 1 to SWZ, together with the user manual in Polish and English in paper and electronic form. Delivery, The installation, configuration and launch of the device will take place no later than 17 weeks from the date of signing the contract and will be confirmed by signing the delivery and acceptance report.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract.
2. Contractor obliged It is to conduct a minimum of 8 days training in the operation of the device and the theoretical foundations of the device for 6 persons indicated by the Employer within no more than 17 weeks from the date of signing the contract.
3. The contractor will provide a minimum 24 -month warranty period.
4. Detailed requirements for the performance of the order were also specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 8 to SWZ.
