Description:
1. The subject of the contract is:
1) Supply of Appliance devices used to protect the Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) with the Central Management System
and logging in events (hereinafter referred to as "equipment"), meeting the functional requirements specified in Annex 1 to the relevant provisions of the contract (further as IPU),
2) granting a non -exclusive license to related software (hereinafter referred to as "hardware software"), entitling the Ordering Party to use the hardware software for an indefinite period,
3) installation of hardware with necessary software in the control panel Ordering Party and a spare center to the extent described
in Annex 2 to IPU (hereinafter as "implementation"),
4) ensuring technical support of the hardware and related hardware software and the equipment manufacturer's guarantee for a period of 36 months (hereinafter referred to as "support"),
2. Detailed description the subject of the contract and the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract were specified in IPU, constituting Annex 8 to SWZ.
