Description:
The place of delivery will be a school and kindergarten building in Achow. The contracting authority will issue the contractor a building based on a delivery and acceptance protocou, by issuing keys. The contractor is entitled to use the building only to perform the contract. The contractor at its cost is obligedIt will protect the building from the damage that can be built in the building in Zwizku with the implementation of the contract, including to secure podg and pitches, windows, ceilings, doors, etc., in such a way that they are not damaged or dirty when bringing and installing equipment. The contractor will refund the building in an uncomfortable stateon the basis of an acceptance protocou, which will be a closer for the receipt of the subject of the contract. In the event of glasses in the building, which is related to the implementation of the contract, the contractor is obliged to remove them at the same cost within a period of not 7 days.
