The subject of the flying is the delivery to the headquarters of the Oil Institute and the State Gas Institute of Research Institute in Krakow at Ukasiewicza 1, aromatic solvent according to the ASTMD-3734 Type II standard with the concrete of naphtalen below 10 % in the amount of 23.5 tons. Detailed parameters are specified in the beginning No. 1 toSWZ. Zacznik No. 1 to SWZ also determines the conditions of delivery and transport and additional requirements for the raw material. The release in the auto -attempt in suspended excise duty (delivery from the tax charges in suspended excise duty) in the movement system and supervision of excise duties EMCS (Excise Movementand Control System).
