Description:
The subject of the order is: Food delivery Task 1 - Water supply The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 2b to the SWZ. 3.3. The Ordering Party's requirements regarding the item orders: 1) attaching a product specification card to the SWZ 2) The Contractor undertakes to deliver mineral water in its original packaging, factory-sealed, without signs and traces of damage. 3) the minimum shelf life of the articles on delivery not shorter than 2/3 of the total shelf life specified by the manufacturer 4) partial deliveries - Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 10:00 5) the offered product must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with the law requiring approvals, certificates and registration, 6) the offered product must meet the standards or technical specifications applicable to this product. 3.4. In cases where signs are indicated in the description of the subject of the order freight, patents or the origin, source or particular process that characterizes certain products or services provided by a specific contractor, this means that the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the order in a sufficiently precise and understandable way, however, in each such situation, the Ordering Party allows a solution equivalent to those described above.
