Description:
1 In the whole period of the implementation of the polling (i.e. from the date of signing the contract to 31/12/2025) of the Ordering Employer in the following estimated quantities:- asphalt emulsion (C65B3) 44 tons3. The above -mentioned value of the forecasted order of the Ordering Party during the performance of the contract. The District Number of asphalt emulsion results from the current needs of the Ordering Party in the period of the contract. 4. The Ordering Employer reserves the misuse of the above -mentioned quantities of the emulsion, during the period of the contract. The asphalt emulsion will be dependent on the current needs of frequency renovations on roadside roads, which has atmospheric conditions to have atmospheric conditions, which the order is not able to order. 5. In the event of non -use during the period of the contract indicated in the SWZ, the Ordering Party has the right to find out of further purchases of asphalt emulsion, without any financial consequences and compensation to the person.
