- laboratory evaporators The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of laboratory equipment included in the research infrastructure necessary to develop analytical and diagnostic solutions in the field of microbiological tests, virological and chemical ones used to control the safety of plant raw materials, feed materials, food feed and the environment. The subject of the order includes the delivery, installation and commissioning of 4 laboratory evaporators Material scope the subject of the order includes: 1) delivery of a brand new one, manufactured in 2025 or 2026, coming from current production and unused before the date of delivery, excluding use necessary to test proper operation, originating from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring in particular the implementation of the warranty rights of the equipment to the extent specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, together with their transport, delivery and assembly (if applicable) and placement in the place indicated by the Ordering Party. All elements of the device that are the subject of the order in question have a CE certificate of conformity confirming the device's compliance with European conditions safety.
