1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly and configuration of multimedia devices for the needs of the Medical University of Gdańsk.
2. The order of the contract was described in detail in Annex 3 to SWZ.
3. The application requires the offered equipment, covered by the subject of the contract:
a) it was factory -new, free from all defects and damage, without prior operation and was not subject of the rights of third parties,
b) was produced after January 1, 2025,
c) met all standards placed to such goods by Polish law,
d) he had a CE declaration or CE certificate, confirming that the supplied products correspond to specific standards or technical specifications. The Employer allows an equivalent document issued by an entity based in another Member State of the European Economic Area.
4. The applicant requires the contractor to grant a minimum of 3 years warranty.
5. When preparing the offer, the Contractor should read the content carefully all documents that make up the tender documentation, which should be read along with modifications and changes made by the Employer during the proceedings.
