The subject of the contract is delivery along with the assembly and furniture setting for the District Court in Sławno, ul. Kossaka 31. The subject of the contract includes delivery, unloading, bringing together with the assembly and setting new furniture in the rooms indicated by the District Court in Sławno, ul. Kossaka 31 and packaging utilization. The contracting authority requires the offered furniture and devices to be brand new, free from all defects and damage, without prior operation and not to be subject to the rights of third parties. The contractor is responsible for quality, compliance with technical and quality conditions specified for the subject of the contract until the contractor's obligations are expired. Downness to the performance of the order is required. The contractor will provide the subject of the order with his own transport, at his own expense and at his own risk to the District Court in Sławno.
