1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive modernization of the internal book collection of the book collection in the Silesian Library in Katowice, including its replacement, expansion and creation of a technological exhibition zone. The investment includes a project, disassembly of the old system, delivery and assembly of a new transport system, integration with the library systems of the high storage warehouse (MWS), Performing a modern exhibition presenting technological solutions, as well as tests, launching, training and transferring documentation. The task also includes the modernization of the technological shaft, the implementation of the HMI transport system management system, the CCTV video supervision system, and Also, ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Fire Service, OHS, the principles of sustainable development and the requirements of the Employer. The project will be implemented in the active public utilities.
2. The offered system must be a proven solution functioning in at least two others entities in EU countries. The contractor is obliged to indicate in the manufacturer's offer form and the model of the offered internal transport system together with an indication of the names and addresses of entities in which the system offers. The lack of indication of this information in the offer form will cause Rejection of the contractor's offer.
