1. SubjectOrders are the delivery, assembly and launch of medical and technical equipment and equipment together with the adaptation of rooms for the needs of the Hybrid Angiography Laboratory of the Provincial Hospital Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Łomża, in quantity and parameters required specified in Annex 4to SWZ, along with full warranty service and training of the Employer's personnel, on the conditions specified in Annex 5 to SWZ.
Description of the subject of the order in the field of adaptation of the basement of the Hospital Hm Pavilion for the needs of the Hybrid angiography laboratory, was contained in the documentationdesign constituting Annex 12 to SWZ and in Annex 13 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract, in the scope of adaptation of rooms including:
1) Reconstruction of the basement rooms in pavilion H for the needs of the Hybrid angiography laboratory,
2) adjusting existing staircases toFire protection requirements -composition of the smoke removal installation of existing staircases K 11 and K12,
