Description:
The subject of the contract is delivery, assembly, launching a brand new (produced not earlier than in 2025) for the scanner for controlling hand luggage using the method of X -ray computed tomography (CT) together with the additional equipment referred to in point 11 of the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to SWZ and conducting tests and measurements referred to in point 23 of the description of the subject of the contract, as well as conducting the trainings referred to in point 21 Description of the subject of the contract. Place of delivery: Customs Branch Airport Krakow - Balice, ul. Medweckiego 1, 32-083 Balice. The subject of the contract (i.e. all activities covered by: delivery, assembly, launch, conducting tests and conducting training) must be carried out within 2 months from the date of signing the contract, but not later than on November 30, 2025. Detailed description of the implementation and the scope The subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to SWZ - a description of the subject of the contract (also constituting Annex 1 to the planned provisions of the contract) and in Annex 7 to SWZ - planned provisions of the contract.
