- 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task, entitled: "Delivery, assembly, integration and implementation of radio modules based on IoT technology (Internet of Tings) along with the operation of the reading system from devices", described in detail in Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter: OPZ ORA from the planned contractual provisions - Annex 4 to SWZ, hereinafter: PPU.
2. The subject of the contract provides for:
1) basic order, which includes:
a) Creating and launching a reading system by the Contractor to read data from measuring devices, i.e. providing the Ordering Party with access to the application and ensuring data transmission from the entire area of the Ordering Party,
b) Delivery by the Contractor to the Employer IoT modules, on the conditions specified in Chapter IV OPZ and meeting the requirements described in Chapter II OPZ and their connection to the reading system,
c) conducting the necessary employee training on the conditions specified in Chapter III OPZ point 1,
d) providing services by the Contractor in the field of reading the reading system, under the conditions specified in Chapter V OPZ, including in particular efficiency of the reading system, data transmission from measuring devices and transfer of data from the reading system to the ordering system of the Ordering Party,
e) providing the contractor to the contracting authority with mobile devices with the parameters indicated in Chapter V item 4 of the OPZ, used to Confil ... - Documents :
