Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery along with the assembly of metal furniture in the form of: metal wardrobes for files, safe, metal wardrobes for weapons.
2. Delivery determination of the subject of the contract specifying the type, dimensions, material, requirements regarding construction, colors are included in Annex 3 to SWZ - description of the subject of the order.
The warranty date runs from the date of signing the quantitative and quality acceptance protocol, not confirming faults and defects and deficiencies.
4. as part of the implementation Orders The Contractor will be obliged to deliver furniture, assemble it and set in the rooms indicated by the Ordering Party.
5. Forestment must be made in accordance with the regulation indicated by the Ordering Party in Annex 3 to SWZ.
6. The city of deliveries and assembly will be:
