Delivery, assembly, maintenance and operation and dismantling of a roofed ice rink, i.e. a task carried out under the name Ice Rink in Wochy in the winter season 2025/2026.1. The subject of the order must be organized in a way that ensures the participation of all participants to whom it is addressed and the safety of people taking part in it.2. The subject of the order will be implemented on an area of approximately 2,000 square meters, located on the premises of Primary School No. 87 at ul. Malowniczna 31 in Warsaw (registration plot no. 5, district 2/07/12).3. Accessibility for people with disabilities. Execution the subject of the order takes into account accessibility for all users, including persons with disabilities, in accordance with legal provisions regarding accessibility for persons with disabilities, in particular in accordance with the Act of July 19, 2019 on ensuring accessibility for persons with special needs, and in accordance with Order No. 1682/2017 of the Mayor of the Capital City of Warsaw of October 23, 2017 on the creation of accessible space in the Capital City of Warsaw, including infrastructure for pedestrians, with particular emphasis on osb...
