Description:

The subject of this order is the delivery of a brand new and free from legal and physical defects of the automated diagnostic system for identifying bacteria and fungi by the method of metabolic analysis along with equipment (hereinafter referred to as "equipment"). Further information about the descriptionEquipment and scope of delivery are given later in the announcement (description (BT-24-Lot), with fully and comprehensive information in the indicated scope, SWZ.
2. Identhmm in this announcement uses the specification from among the following below should be understood as it should be understood: 1) PZP Act-Polish Actof 11.09.2019 - Public Procurement Law, 2) SWZ or procurement documents - drawn up for this procedure (and an unlimited tender procedure), the contract document referred to in art. 133 and 134 of the Public Procurement Law with attachments, including Annex 2 (Technical and Zakresowy Delivery)and model of the contract; 3) contract template - planned provisions of the contract, the content of which is given by Annex 9 SWZ.
