Description:
The subject of the order is to provide the Ordering Party with an automatic packaging machine designed for packing drinking water into plastic bags with a capacity of 0.5 l to 1 l. The device is to ensure: - continuous water supply in the event of a water supply network failure or in the event of other crisis situations, - ensure that the microbiological purity of packaged water is maintained by disinfecting it and disinfecting the foil with ultraviolet radiation. The automatic drinking water packaging machine should meet at least the following basic technical parameters: - efficiency: 1200-1500 bags/h, - film width: 300 mm 400 mm, - foil thickness: 0.08 0.1 mm, - power: 2.9 3.3 kW, - supply voltage: approx. 400 V, - net weight: approx. 500 550 kg, - water pressure: stable in the range of 2-3 bar, - equipment: chemical disinfection of the device, pre-filter, bag transporter, dating, - service by 1 person. The contractor is responsible for: - delivery and installation of the device at the hydrophore plant at ul.
