Description:
Scope of the subject of the order: The Contractor undertakes to deliver and launch an automatic water packing machine that meets the requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the order - Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1 to the contract). The scope of the order includes: Delivery of a brand new device to the warehouse in Lubieszyn, in accordance with the conditions specified in the specification. Installation and commissioning of the parcel machine. Conducting functional tests, including examining the quality of packaged water. Staff training in the use of the device (min. 2 employees). Provision of technical documentation, incl user manual, CE declaration of conformity, PZH certificates and warranty documentation. Providing service and warranty implementation on the terms specified in the draft provisions of the contract. Participation in the final acceptance. A detailed description of the subject of the order is the technical specification, which includes the minimum technical parameters required by the Ordering Party and the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
