Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of 56 aviation helmets with masks that will be used on S-70i Black Hawk and Bell-407 GXi helicopters.
The required helmet components include the following elements:
1) shell with visor cover meeting the F1 Fragmentation ballistic resistance standard Resistance Standard equipped with built-in MiniRail Accessory Rail Connectors (ARC). The helmet shell should be a monolith providing uniform protection both for the upper surface of the head and around the ears and temples. The headset should also be protected by a shell helmet to minimize injuries and equipment damage.
2) dedicated mask, e.g. HGU-56/p ABH Enhanced Maxillofacial Shield,
3) headphone inserts - headphone impedance 10 Ohm, (2x19 Ohm parallel connection),
4) coiled headphone-microphone cable, 1 m long, terminated with a plug Jack U-174/U providing power to the headphones and microphone built into the helmet,
with polarization consistent with the NATO standard,
5) dynamic low-impedance microphone with an impedance of 5 Ohm for operation in high-noise environments, with a passive noise reduction function, equipped with a wind shield
made of sponge, mounting the microphone on a flexible joint, e.g. N100593-06 Rugged Flexboom 5 ohm Dynamic Microphone or equivalent.
6) three viewfinders - external viewfinder - NEUTRAL/DARK type viewfinder (darkened) and internal viewfinder - CLEAR type viewfinder enabling their smooth change without the need to dismantling...
