- Delivery of a new tractor with accessories under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program (POLiOC) for the years 2025 - 20261. A detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex A1, abbreviated as OPZ, and Annex B1. Form for assessing compliance with the technical requirements of the subject of the order, abbreviated as Technical Form. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the tractor and accessories be brand new, without traces of use, undamaged, manufactured no earlier than 2024 and meet all minimum technical parameters and equipment specified by the Ordering Party.3. The Ordering Party stipulates that the delivered vehicles cannot be vehicles prototype in terms of design and technology, i.e. they must be vehicles currently in continuous series production by the manufacturer.4.
