Description:
3.1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new wheeled backhoe loader, manufactured no earlier than 2025, meeting exhaust emission requirements of at least Stage V or equivalent. The machine must be complete, technically fully functional, ready for operation, equipped with an excavator arm with extension (extendible dipper) and all elements and components necessary for proper functioning as intended.3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix 1 to SWZ.3.3. Wherever the description of the subject of the order contains references to specific standards and European assessments technical specifications or technical reference systems, shall be understood to include the wording or equivalent.3.4. Each contractor submitting an equivalent offer is obliged to demonstrate in the content of his offer that the subject of the contract he offers meets the requirements and technical and/or functional and operational parameters specified in the SWZ, will also provide for better solutions than those described.
