Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Delivery of a brand new (year of production 2025), free from physical and legal defects - backhoe loader with equipment (in accordance with the specification included in the Description of the subject of the order - Appendix No. 1 to SWZ), as well as commissioning, checking (possible adjustment after commissioning) and conducting instructions for persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of proper operation, maintenance and safe operation of the equipment. The backhoe loader will be delivered to the Ordering Party from the official, authorized distributor of construction machines of a given brand in Poland, from the series production (not being a prototype) and must meet the requirements of a vehicle approved for driving on public roads in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended).2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. No division of the order partly results from the fact that the subject of the order is the delivery of one complete vehicle with accessories.
