• Part 1 Part 2 1. The proceedings were divided into 2 parts. Part 1 includes, among others: delivery of switches, memory card readers, pendrives, computer power supplies, power strips, CDs and DVDs, batteries, foil labels, mouse pads, power banks, displayport cable, adapters Part 2 includes, among others: delivery of external and internal drives, disk enclosures. 2. The contractor will provide devices that: a) correspond to the types of materials indicated in Annex 1 to the draft provisions of the contract and they are of good quality; b) are marked on the packaging with the symbol indicated in the assortment and quantity list constituting Annex No. 1 to the agreement; c) they are brand new and come from current production, which means that they were manufactured within six months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 3. The contractor may submit an offer in one or two parts of the procedure. It is required to submit an offer for the entire product range specified in individual parts of the order. 4. The subject of the order will be delivered in within 10 business days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 5. Place of delivery: Teleinformatyki KWP warehouse, ul. Podwale 31-33, 50-040 Wrocław. 6. The contractor is obliged to secure his offer with a deposit.
