Description:
The subject of the contract is a supply of batteries for the KWP in Rzeszowiezakup one -off, without signing the contract. All costs associated with delivery rest on the supplier. The order of the contract: up to 20 business days from placing the order. Factory prime minister: up to 21 days reserves the right to annul the proceedings without giving justification. In addition, we would like to inform you that:- purchases of KWP in Rzeszow issued on the purchasing platform are carried out only through the platform, no offers submitted in a different way than via the form on the page Proceedings. on these conditions and is aware of legal liability for the submitted offer.- The given price of the goods or service provided must include all costs performers together with the cost of delivery, and the offer is based on gross prices.- The conducted proceedings do not have to end with the selection of a supplier/contractor, but if this is the case, KWP Rzeszow will publish information about the result through the purchasing platform.- The condition for submitting the offer is Familiarizing yourself with the content of the above Regulations and its acceptance.
