Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of battery flashlights and front flashlights for the KWP in Rzeszievna the terms of the contract for acceptance. All costs associated with delivery are a supplier. Please be advised that:- purchases of the KWP in Rzeszow issued on the purchasing platform are carried out only through the platform, no offers submitted in a different way than via the form on the proceedings page.- Full order specification and possible attachments are visible on a party to the proceedings, and the supplier/contractor, when submitting an offer, agrees to these conditions and is aware of legal liability for the submitted offer. The conducted proceedings do not have to end with the selection of a supplier/contractor, but if this is the case, KWP Rzeszow will publish information about the result via the purchasing platform.- The condition for submitting an offer is to read the content of the abovementioned Regulations and its acceptance.
