Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a battery-powered hydraulic rescue set for the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Lesko.2. Common Vocabulary Order CPV: 43328100-9 - Hydraulic equipment 39715300-0 - Hydraulic equipment 35110000-8 - Fire-fighting, rescue and rescue equipment safety43329000-5 - Equipment sets 3. Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is attached as Annex No. 1 to SWZ.4. The hydraulic set offered by the Contractor must meet all the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.5. The ordering party requires that the offered set, including all its elements were brand new, year of production 2025.6. The Ordering Party allows the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to a Subcontractor.7. The Ordering Party requires that in the event of entrusting part of the order to a subcontractor/partners, the Contractor should indicate in the offer the part of the order whose performance it intends to entrust to the subcontractor/partners. and provide (if known at this stage) the name (company) of the subcontractor/s.8. The order will be executed on the terms specified in the draft contract, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to SWZ.
