Description:
1. The public procurement concerns: Delivery of beef, pork, poultry and pork and poultry meats of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quality for the Social Welfare Home "Pod Brzozami" in Warsaw at ul. Bohaterow 46/48, hereinafter also referred to as the Ordering Party or the Recipient. 2. Detailed scope of the subject of the order is presented in the annex to this description of the subject of the order in a separate sheet. The contractor may submit only one offer. 3. The Ordering Party will specify the expected, estimated demand for products/goods during the order execution period, which are not for the Ordering Party, but are only the basis for Contractors to prepare an offer. The contractor will not be entitled to any claims for compensation in relation to the unused quantity of the subject of the order. The ordering party ensures the execution of the order up to 70% of the maximum gross remuneration referred to in section 9. 2 of the draft contract. 4. The Ordering Party provides the possibility of changing the product/goods indicated in the Contractor's offer to a product/goods of the same or higher quality if, due to circumstances beyond the Contractor's control, the offered product/goods will not be available on public access...
