The subject of the order is the supply of a biolayer interferometer with the necessary accessories as part of the Project entitled PROT-TOWING: development of an innovative molecular towing technology for the selective inactivation of pathogenic proteins financed by the European Union (European Funds for Modern Economy) as part of the First Team FENG grant (FENG.02.02-IP.05-0015/24) of the Foundation for Polish Science.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ Description of the subject of the order.3. Detailed rules and conditions of order execution and payment are specified in the Appendix No. 4 to SWZ Template of the contract with annexes.4. The order must be executed with due care and in accordance with all the requirements contained in the SWZ with annexes and any Information for Contractors. At the stage of order execution, the Contractor performs the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party.5.
