1.1. The subject of the contract is the sale, delivery, installation and launch of the mass spectrometer together with the chromatographic system and the necessary assembly work in the indicated place of foundation - the ordering room on the 6th floor of the building at ul. Trojden 4 in Warsaw.A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to SWZ. The relevant provisions of the contract were specified in Annex 2 to SWZ.
2. Miejsce of the implementation of the subject of the contract - delivery with the application and installation to the headquarters of the Ordering Party, ul. Father Trojden 4, 02-109 Warsaw.
