The subject of the order is the supply of bone implants used in trauma and orthopedic procedures, implants used for anatomical reconstruction of joints in arthroscopy (knee, shoulder) and various medical devices for Copernicus Podglądleczniczy Sp. z o. o. in Gdańsk, whose detailed description, assortment and estimated quantities are included in the Assortment and price form - attachment no. 1 to SWZ (parts 1-73). The offered items must be complete, of a high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, and free from material, construction and legal defects. The offered subject of the order must be admitted for trading and use in accordance with applicable law. The subject of the order must be consistent with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974 of May 2022) - if applicable. The method of implementing the subject of the order is specified in the draft contract included in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The ordering party does not reserves the right to apply for the order only by Contractors referred to in Art. 94 of the Public Procurement Law. The ordering party does not impose the requirements referred to in Art. 96 of the Public Procurement Law. In order to submit an offer, the Ordering Party does not expect the Contractor to carry out an on-site visit or inspection documents necessary to complete the order, available on-site at the Ordering Party.
