Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of bookbinding and engraving materials broken down into 2 (two) parts:
part I of the order - supply of engraving materials,
part II of the contract - delivery of bookbinding materials
proceedings are conducted in an open tender procedure in accordance with art.132 of the PZP Act
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is determined by: Annexes: 1, 1.1. - 1.2, and 4.1. - 4.2. to SWZ, i.e. the offer form together with the assortment and price specification and the planned provisions of the contract.
The contracting authority awards the order in parts, each of which isThe subject of separate proceedings.
The Ordering Party allows partial offers. Each of which will be assessed by the Ordering Party separately, according to the principles described in SWZ. The order was divided into parts, as described in Annex 1.1. - 1.2. to SWZ. Each of the contractorsIt can submit an offer for any chosen part/parts.
The Ordering Party requires submitting an offer to all required performance items shown in Annex 1.1. - 1.2. to SWZ.
