Description:
1 EN76, 48WE and bimodal traction units of 36WEH, whose type, description and delivery conditions are specified in Annex 2.1 - 2.4 (Form price) and in Annex 4 (contract template) to SWZ.
The subject of the contract was divided into 4 tasks with the following scope:
1) Task no
2) Task No. 2 - Brake cladding for EN76 - The assortment and quantity are specified in Annex 2.2 to SWZ.
3) Task No. 3 - Brake cladding to SA139 - assortment and quantity are set out in Annex 2.3 to SWZ.
4) Task No. 4 - Brake cladding up to 48WE, 36WEH - assortment and quantities are set out in Annex 2.4 to SWZ.
2. Offered cladding brakes must:
- strictly meet the requirements specified in Annex 2.1 - 2.4 to SWZ,
- be original, factory -new, free from defects, meet the relevant quality requirements and requirements of European standards or Polish standards transferring European standards, as well as not burdened with the rights of persons third,
