Description:
1) The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new 20-seat bus adapted to transport disabled persons in a wheelchair in accordance with the detailed specification of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 1 to this Specification of Terms of Order, hereinafter referred to as SWZ. 2) The subject of the order includes the delivery of the bus described in point 1 along with the equipment specified in the Detailed Specification of the Subject of the Order and the necessary documentation, including documentation authorizing the vehicle to operate in the territory of the Republic of Poland and enabling registration of the vehicle, in in particular, current technical tests for vehicles adapted to transport disabled people in wheelchairs.3) The Contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for the subject of the order for the period of at least: a. 24 months for the engine and components. 60 months for perforation of the bodywork. 24 months for paint coating. 24 months for the construction, adapting the vehicle to transport disabled people, counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol without reservations, without mileage limit, on the terms specified in the draft contract (for...
